Produced by Special Arrangement with Dramatist Play Service July 18-21 and July 25-27, 2013 Thursday, Friday, Saturday - Dinner at 6pm; Show at 7pm Sunday (July 21) matinee - Show at 2pm (desert only) Set as a period piece, three generations back, as a somewhat "domestic comedy". It's a story about a woman who wants nothing more than to get her 'spinster' daughter married, be appreciated by the city's elite, and live a normal life. The fact that her brother's best friend is a large invisible rabbit, and that he controls the purse strings of the family, is of no help. She sets out to have him committed, and finally comes to appreciate her life for what it is. Dinner: Chicken breast, rice, salad, and Carrot cake.
